Recognition of protected areas as legal entities as a way to stop protected area genocide

The definition of protected areas as legal entities is not defined at the legislative level, which significantly reduces range tools for protecting corresponding territories from abuses and loopholes in current legislation regarding scope methods utilizing their natural potential. study focuses on an analysis concept “legal personality” Ukraine, considering requirements to address restoration protection rights through judicial extrajudicial procedures. For a comprehensive market dynamics with minimal variations between studies, quantitative literature review, including meta-analysis, was conducted. main directions post-war revival were identified feasibility adapting these strategies Ukrainian economy evaluated using comparative method. research asserts that granting personality status would contribute rights, it enable identification independent participants economic relations provide them necessary mechanisms protect territories. necessity introducing level substantiated, only help identify most violated but also promote increased investments this sector. practical significance determined by recommendations legitimizing having clear normative basis ensure establishment transparent form
